Class Times

Early Morning Classes: 5:50am to 6:50am: This is the perfect time to train and will get your fire burning for the entire day. Training this early in the morning will keep you walking tall with an accomplished strut for the rest of the day. :)В  The class time is perfect for someone to finish their morning training and have enough time to head to work (especially if you work in the city) and/or help the family get ready for their day as well.

Daytime Classes 9:30am to 10:30am: Another great time to get your fire burning. We were hesitant about starting classes at this time (Running strong since November 2013) but it’s been a very consistent and strong program with an amazing group of girls that are constantly motivating and pushing each other to get stronger each month.

Evening Classes Run every day of the week at various times (either starting at 6:00pm or starting at 7:00pm: This is the program that’s been running strong for Many years (since 2008) and has exploded since opening our first facility 3 years ago! We’ve since moved into an even larger space (3,500sq feet) which has resulted in even more happy members and BIG results! Over the holidays, on our facebook fan page, we posted about many students still losing weight and staying fit (over the holidays!). 3 Students have lost over 40lbs in the short time that they’ve been training here.

Keswick Georgina Learn Kick Boxing Battle Girl Bootcamp.You couldn't ask for a better instructor then Coach Aaron.
Coach Aaron use to be a body builder "back in the day", a personal trainer at a fitness gym in Newmarket and has been Kickboxing and competing for years! He not only has amazing kickboxing and fitness related skills but he's also competed in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Grappling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. He's taken extensive training on how to Coach people as well as having multiple certifications, including Kickboxing. He's a perfect
instructor to guide and motivate any class and he certainly gets the most out of the girls which results in fast results!

 

 

Our 3,500sq foot facility has 11 instructors and 7 of them teach our Women's Only Battle Girl Bootcamp Program.

Sorry if I'm being bold...but it's frustrating thinking about all my Boot-camp ladies who used to be stuck in the pit of hopelessness that diets and gyms can create for women desperately trying to lose weight. Let's start with how I feel about diets...

What is the Personalized Portfolio Plan?Every lady in my Bootcamp has different long and short term goals. Some ladies have prior and current injuries. Some ladies have personal information I need to know. All of this goes into the portfolio - so that we are on the same page and can work together more efficiently. If you ask most gyms for your "portfolio" - all they probably have is a folder with your contract in it!

Did I say measurements and body fat percentage?Yes I did, during your initial interview, we also do a physical assessment. I take your weight, measurements, and use calipers to measure your body fat percentage. Then we do a series of basic physical tests, like how many push-ups you can do in a minute, how many sit-ups you can do in a minute, etc.... All these numbers go into your personal portfolio.

So 12 weeks later, we do all the same measurements and fitness tests again and...
